DESCRIPTION:In this Village Vancouver workshop, you'll learn to make a
  beautiful red suaerkraut and/or fermented beets (depending on availab
 ility - maybe both!) using local produce. Probiotic, raw, vegan, and P
 aleo-friendly. You will be fully active in creating the fermentation (
 wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in), and take home a jar se
 asoned withyour own customized spice mixture. Bring any of the followi
 ng items that you can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, l
