  and Regional Planning (SCARP) student symposium on Friday, February 1
 0 at the GSS Ballroom on UBC campus.\nThis Student-driven student-orga
 nized symposium always attracts SCARP alumni, distinguished keynotes s
 peakers and students from around the lower mainland. This year we are 
 honouring the work of two retiring faculty: Bill Rees and Tony Dorcey.
  Our Keynotes include Richard Heinberg and the honourable Mike Harcour
 t. This MITACS sponsored event begins at 9am with a light breakfast an
 d a keynotes address and ends with a UBC Alumni Association sponsored 
 wine and cheese reception, and an address by the honourable Mike Harco
 urt. Tickets are $90 for the full day, and $40 for students for the da
