DESCRIPTION:This course is ideal for individuals who work in teams for
  idea generation, problem solving and design and offers practical advi
 ce and exercises on how to increase both personal creativity, and the 
 creative output of teams. The theories and exercises can be applied to
  anything from creating a company human resources policy, to brainstor
 ming new product and service offerings, to the conception of complex p
 rojects involving multiple disciplines. Expect to learn:\n• Facilita
 tion skills and techniques • How to create an environment that promo
 tes creativity\n• Brainstorming, and how to trigger new ideas\nThis 
 course has a focus on sustainability but crosses the boundaries of dis

 ign Process (IDP) facilitator and a Canada Green Building Council facu
 lty member for LEED®. She has over 13 years of experience in applied 
 IDP, and is the co-founder and past principal of Recollective Consulti
