 hat’s about responding to uncertain times with solutions and optimis
 m. In a world awash with gloom, here’s a story of hope, ingenuity an
 d the power of growing vegetables in unexpected places.\nRoss Moster i
 s the Founder of and Convenor for Village Vancouver. He’s very activ
 e helping people connect around building more vibrant, resilient, just
 , and sustainable communities together. He coordinates Kits Transition
  Village and VV’s Neighbourhood Food Networks, and also serves on th
 e Vancouver Food Policy Council and the Vancouver Parks Board Local Fo
 od Assets Task Force, where he co-chairs the Land Working Group. (The 
 Local Food Action Plan was passed unanimously by the Park Board earlie
