DESCRIPTION:Come learn how to make your own traditional, fermented sau
 erkraut from Aylssa Kohlman using local, organic produce. Fermented ve
 getables have many health benefits, including live enzymes, readily av
 ailable vitamins and minerals, and probiotics -- and sauerkraut and ot
 her fermented vegetables are suitable for everyone!  If possible, ea
 ch person should bring a large knife, cutting board, large bowl, chees
 e grater and one liter-size wide-mouth mason jar with lid. Participan
 ts will go home with a jar of sauerkraut to ferment at home, which sho
 uld be ready to eat in about two weeks.   \nVV will have a seed lib
 rary present - you can get some free seeds for your garden or swap o
 r donate some seeds.\nCost: $20. Workshop fee includes cost of materia
 ls ($5). Limited to 12 participants. Please register by May 23rd.\n50%
