DESCRIPTION: \n\nThe theme of this year's Terra Madre Day is the Joy 
 of Preserving. We will be taking a look at the big picture of preservi
 ng food: conserving the land it's grown on, supporting the people who 
 grow our food, and learning about different cultures and their traditi
 onal ways of preserving. All three floors of W2 will be abuzz with foo
 d, beverages, and demos.\nYou will sample tasting dishes created by lo
 cal chefs using fresh ingredients provided by local farmers. Meet the 
 farmers, chefs and community groups working to build a healthier food 
 system.\nHighlights:\n- Paneer-making with Meeru Dhalwala of Vijs and 
 Rangoli\n- Save on Meats sampling and sausage demo\n- Wines by Lotusla
