 entrate on them.\nNicole Foss offers a roadmap for what is coming and 
 why, and also what people can do individually and together in the face
  of this most significant of predicaments.\n\n\nShe is an internationa
 l energy and finance expert, and the co-editor of TheAutomatic Earth b
 log. Formerly, she was a Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for E
 nergy Studies who specialized in nuclear safety in Eastern Europe and 
 the former Soviet Union and conducted research into electricity policy
