DESCRIPTION:Learn to make your own fermented vegetables. In this class
  we will make a seasonal creation of \"Spring Slaw\". The vegetables u
 sed will depend on what is seasonally available from local farmers, bu
 t will likely include greens (mustard greens) and radishes. Participan
 ts will be fully active in creating the slaw, and take home a jar with
  their own customized spice mixture. Participants should bring any of
