 $72\nThis two-part class will cover digital photography skills using s
 mart devices such as your smart device such as an Android phone or tab
 let.\nThe first class will consist of instruction related to photograp
 hy composition principles and techniques, hands-on practice using your
  device, and constructive instructor feedback to help you improve your
  photos. Students will be given a short homework assignment between cl
 asses and will be given a complimentary pass to the Garden or Bloedel 
 Conservatory to complete the assignment on their own time. In our seco
 nd class we will review the homework assignment with a private gallery
  showing and will learn from each other’s successes and challenges. 
 Using the free app, Autodesk Pixlr, we will learn editing techniques t
 o enhance and improve your images. Topics covered will include: editin
 g for different publishing options (including blogs, printing, Instagr
 am and more), colour correction, filters and more. Students must bring
  their own device (fully charged) and install the free app: Autodesk P
