DESCRIPTION:Please note that this is the correct workshop on the 29th.
  (Yesterday, we erroneously posted a Water Kefir workshop from October
  8th.) \n\nLearn to make your own fermented vegetables. Traditional ve
 getables ferments include sauerkraut and kim chee. In this class we wi
 ll make a seasonal creation of \"Local Veggie Slaw\". The vegetables u
 sed will depend on what is seasonally available from local farmers and
  will be different from the November Veggie Slaw workshop. Participant
 s will be fully active in creating the slaw, and take home a jar of ve
 ggie ferment seasoned with their own customized spice mixture. with th
 eir own customized spice mixture.\nParticipants should bring any of th
 e following items that they can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen s
 cissors, large bowl or tub, wide-mouth jar and lid. Wear clothes that
