DESCRIPTION:Learn to make your own fermented vegetables. Traditional v
 egetable ferments include sauerkraut and kim chee. In this class we wi
 ll make a seasonal creation of \"Local Veggie Slaw\". The vegetables u
 sed will depend on what is seasonally available from local farmers, an
 d will be different from the October workshop. Participants will be fu
 lly active in creating the slaw, and take home a jar of veggie ferment

 d bring any of the following items that they can: cutting board, large
  knife, kitchen scissors, large bowl or tub, wide-mouth jar and lid. W
