DESCRIPTION:Learn to make kimchi: a traditional fermented Korean side 
 dish in this Village Vancouver workshop facilitated by Alyssa Kohlman 
 from Fermentoring. Probiotic, raw, and Paleo-friendly. Vegan option av
 ailable. You'll be fully active in creating the fermentation (wear clo
 thes you don't mind preparing food in), and take home a jar customized
  to your level of spice-tolerance. Bring any of the following items th
 at you can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, large bowl o
 r tub, 500mL wide-mouth jar and lid. We'll have the VV-SCC Community S
 eed Library present and you'll be able to take seeds for your garden o
