DESCRIPTION:The 2012 Vancouver Fruit Tree Project fruit-picking season
  is winding up, and we are inviting you to help us celebrate this year
 ’s successes. Please join us at our season wrap-up party on Sunday, 
 November 4. It will be a great chance to meet people involved with the
  Vancouver Fruit Tree Project, learn more about our work – and eat s
 ome delicious desserts!\nLight snacks and finger food provided. We inv
 ite you to bring along a homemade fruit dessert to share, but if you c
 an't, you're still welcome to come. For those who do bring a dessert, 
 we’ll be awarding prizes for the best treats in categories such as T
 he Berry Best (for best use of berries) and The Vancity (for best use 
 of local fruit). Judging will be people’s choice. Please be aware th
 at our venue doesn't have a kitchen, so your treats need to be ready t
 o eat. To make things easier for people with food sensitivities, pleas
