 , come to the monthly Ceilidhs. The cost is $10 and includes instructi
 onal time from 7-8. Even during the second part of the evening, all da
 nces are explained so that no one gets left behind. You can usually he
 ar laughter all night long. Ceilidh dancing is a great workout, but yo
 u can sit and watch if you get tired. Refreshments are by donation.\n\
