 e flour mix. Healthy and economical, both sweet and savory! This class
  also uses alternatives to white sugar.\nYou will:\nLearn which produc
 ts contain gluten (some may surprise you!) and some good resources for
  G/F ingredients\nWhy some G/F products are dry and crumbly. ( And how
  to avoid this!)\nUsing whole grain flours, we’ll be making:\n\nDoub
 le chocolate cookies\n\nSeriously good sandwich bread \nCinnamon rais
 in buns\nPizza dough (!) and of course we’ll make our own pizzas\n\n
