DESCRIPTION:This Wednesday evening, I will be convening the first of s
 everal sessions addressing the question some of us are asking of \"How
  can I make a living doing something I love while caring for the Earth
  and the next seven generations?\"  This will, hopefully, lead to act
 ions that transform our working lives.  Along the way we will learn m
 any things, such as:\n\nunderstanding the current economic situation\n
 how to find opportunities in the midst of change\naligning our values 
 and enthusiasm with those opportunities\nother things not yet thought

 \nFor this first session, one of the guests will be Dave Pollard, auth
 or of Finding the Sweet Spot, which:\n\"provides a holistic framework

  a pretty good crowd - a possible 17 so far - for this Wednesday.  On
 e thing we will be discussing is optimum size of the group, and the po
 ssibility of splitting along various lines, such as smaller working gr
 oups for specific projects, pairing off into \"learning buddy\" relati
 onships, geographically based groupings, and convening large crowds fo
 r workshops or big-picture collaboration/love-ins.  I will also ask a
 bout what night is good for people, and I think it may even be worthwh
 ile to consider doing a one-day networking and bonding event sometime.
   All of these possibilities point to increasing the frequency of act
