DESCRIPTION:In this Village Vancouver workshop with Alyssa Kohlman, we
 'll create a tangy fermented relish - perfect for spicing up grilled f
 oods. You'll learn the basics of lacto-fermenting vegetables and go ho
 me with a jar or two of relish to finish fermenting. Please bring two 
 wide-mouth 250ml jars, cutting board, knife, and a large bowl if you'r
 e able to, and wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in. The work
 shop welcomes adults and families with children 10 years and older. Al
