 ent a lot of time and sweat getting the ground ready last year,\nresea
 rching and ordering trees...and now we're ready to plant a big load of
  fruit and nut trees -\nbut we really need your help. There will be lo
 ts of food and other goodies to keep your belly full\nand body warm!\n
 The site is located in an unlikely industrial district of the East End
  of Vancouver, on Charles\nstreet where it crosses Vernon Drive just a
  few blocks down from the Purple Thistle. The\nplanting of these trees
  is the second phase of our project on this site. We will continue to 
 plant\nother bushes, flowers, and food producing plants in addition to
  our plans to create some naturally\nbuilt cob structures that will he
 lp the site become a functional community space as well.\nThe Purple T
 histle Gardening group is a collective gardening group that is committ
 ed to learning\nthrough engaging in gardening, reclamation, and wild c
 rafting projects. We are youth focused,\nbut happy to have anyone of a
