 ull or by invitation only (I've applied for one), but most choices are

 onference with massive organizational costs, and apparently lots of fr
 ee food and beverages. Although it is totally free for everything, if 
 you register, you must guarantee your attendance for the one or more t
 alks that you sign up to attend. You must leave a credit card number w
