 e who has a wonderful project or idea which promotes Vancouver's trans
 ition to a \"resilient city\" that aims to meet its citizen's needs at
  the local level? Or metropolitan Vancouver? Or bioregionally?\nIf so,
  this is an Invitation to submit a proposal for a 5 minute presentatio
 n on your project or idea.  10 proposals will be presented at the \"I
 deas Fair\". (See April 30, 2011 Events for Details)  If your propos
 al is selected, we will invite you to present your project idea at the
  Fair and lead a discussion in an \"Open Space Session\" at the event 
 to gather input on how to move the project from idea to reality.\nPlea
