DESCRIPTION:In this Village Vancouver ElderGreens workshop with Alyssa
  Kohlman, you'll learn how to culture your own fermented tonic milk ke
 fir (a sour yogurt-like beverage), followed by water kefir (a home-mad
 e fruit \"soda pop\"). You'll get to sample finished product, and rece
 ive printed instructions for both milk and water kefir on how to make 
 them at home.\n\n\nWe'll have the fieldhouse community seed library pr
 esent - you can get some free seeds for your garden or swap or donate 
 some seeds.\n\n\nRegistration required. Limited space. (Walk-ins OK if
  room.) $0-10 suggested donation, Free for Seniors (50 and over). Milk
