They are stacks of salad ingre dients, layered in such a way that they remain fresh until consumed, a nd are healthy and easy to make. In this Village Vancouver ElderGreens workshop with Rashmi GC, you'll learn how to make one and take it hom e with you. All materials and ingredients will be provided, including a mason jar.\nAdults and families with children 10 years and older are welcome. All minors must be accompanied by a caregiver. We'll have a Community Seed Library present at the beginning - you can get some fre e seeds for your garden or swap or donate some seeds. (Please come a l ittle early for seeds.)\nFREE.
