 uiche from scratch in this Aberthau Garden Project workshop from Villa
 ge Vancouver. Tips and recipe variations and all ingredients will be p
 rovided. Two varieties of vegetable quiche will be prepared, and we'll
  have time to share recipes and stories and socialize while the quiche
  cooks, then we'll sample our creation. Wear clothes you don't mind pr

 nd the Mansion, just off of NW Marine Dr.\nHosted by Village Vancouver
 , the Aberthau Garden Project 2015-17 includes VV's Demonstration Perm
 aculture Garden, the West Point Grey Preschool Garden, and (following 
 last year’s Sunflower Garden) the Pumpkin Patch, a new art/garden pr
 oject by Aberthau artists-in-residence: LocoMotoArt Laura Lee Coles an
 d Rob Scharein.\nEmphasizing regenerative, low maintenance and moistur
 e retentive permaculture design elements, including a small hugelkultu
 r, an herb spiral, and saving open pollinated seeds, last year Village
  planted annual and perennial veggies, fruits, herbs and flowers, incl
 uding pollinator attractants. Offering fun and inclusive social, educa
 tional, and cultural activities for community members, including free 
 monthly workshops, newer gardeners garden collaboratively alongside mo
 re experienced gardeners, providing a learning experience for everyone
