 dge Neighbourhood Food Network ElderGreens workshop facilitated by Aly
 ssa Kohlman from Fermentoring. Probiotic, raw, and Paleo-friendly. Veg
 an option available. You'll be fully active in creating the fermentati
 on (wear clothes you don't mind preparing food in), and take home a ja
 r customized to your level of spice-tolerance. Bring any of the follow
 ing items that you can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, 
 large bowl or tub, 500mL wide-mouth jar and lid (or two 250mL jars and
