SUMMARY:Learn about “mixer mortgages” and co-ownership agreements
DESCRIPTION:I am organizing an event on the evening of Tuesday, Septem
 ber 11 that I think might be of interest to members of Village Vancouv
 er who are interested in intentional community.\nThe event is about \"
 mixer mortgages.\" Mixer mortgages are type of mortgage offered by Van
 city credit union that make it easier for non-related people to buy a 
 house together. I have no affiliation with Vancity (except for being a
  member), but since this housing option interests me, I have arranged 
 for one of Vancity's mortgage managers (Ryan McKinley) to give a free 
 talk and answer questions about how mixer mortgages work. Getting a mi
 xer mortgage requires a legal co-ownership agreement, so I have also a
 sked a lawyer that Vancity refers mixer mortgage clients to, to come t
 alk and answer questions about co-ownership agreements. The lawyer is 
 Mark Braeder of the Stewart-Aulinger firm.\nMore info about mixer mort
