 f bread. Artisan baker Florin Moldovan will describe the science behin
 d the perfect loaf, the grains that form it and some of the cultural l
 ore of baking bread. This beginner workshop will provide participants 
 with the techniques needed to make excellent loaves at home using read
 ily available ingredients. Presenter Bio: Florin is an artisan baker w
 ho has been baking bread in the Kitsilano neighbourhood for the past s
 even years. While he has given up professional baking, he still stays 
 involved by teaching artisan baking workshops and writing on his Bakin
 g Stories blog. Florin believes strongly in organic, sustainable and n
 aturally leavened baking.\nWhat to bring: A large plastic or stainless
  steel mixing bowl (and we mean “Large”) for your dough, which you
  will take home (please feel free to bring additional large bowls if y
 ou can share them)! Please also bring a notebook and pen.\nGrowing Sea
