DESCRIPTION:Currently room for a few more participants.\n\nBeginners (
 9-10:30 am): basics of seedsaving w/focus on annual and biennial food 
 plants. We'll identify self-pollinators and cross-pollinators, and tal
 k about the best seeds to start saving. We'll discuss the easiest seed
 s to save in small gardens and why, and how to harvest, dry and store 
 seed. We'll clean some seed. Based on the booklet, The 5 Levels of See
 d Saving.\n\nAdvanced (11-12:30 am): For those who understand basics o
 f seedsaving. We'll discuss topics that relate to saving more challeng
 ing food plants, such as cross pollinators (squash) and biennials such
  as brassicas, esp. as related to city gardens. Bring Q's for an open 
 space format; we'll address your seedsaving issues.\n\n5 Levels of See
 d Saving booklets will be available for purchase for $6.\n\nWorkshops 
 taught by Maria Hunter from Dragonfly Seeds, assisted by Leoni Croy.\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEach workshop limited to 20 participants. Open to ever
