DESCRIPTION:THIS SPAGHETTI NIGHT IS NOW FULL. The next spaghetti night
  near 1st and Larch will be on October 23rd, but we could schedule o
 ne sooner if someone wants to host it.\nShare a meal with neighbours,
  prepared by a neighbour. Last year, almost 200 people participated in
  over a dozen spaghetti nights and at the community-wide celebration.\
 nOur 5th DISN is on September 26. Open to all, this drop-in hosted by 
 Karly and Marcy is aimed at neighbours living within 2-3 blocks of 1st
  and Larch with much of the food sourced fresh and locally.  It'll be
  a vegetarian harvest meal, including squash, with potential for bei
 ng vegan upon request. There's room for 10 people.\nThe 5th in a serie
 s of 12 plus neighbourhood Drop-in \"Spaghetti\" Nights hosted by diff
 erent Kits Villagers and other VVers around Kits and the Westside over
  the next few months, followed by a community-wide celebration on Nove
 mber 7th. Hosts will provide the meal and track where the ingredients 
 come from, and we'll collate how local our eating habits are and how s
 paghetti night are helping connect neighbours at the community gatheri
 ng.\nMuch of the food will be grown and sourced locally, including fro
 m the Kits Village Collaborative Garden and the Thursday Westside Comm
 unity Food Market. Hosts who want to \"grow their own DISN dinner\" ca
 n obtain free seeds from the KV Seed library, and then can recycle any
  plastic containers at the monthly Kits Village Plastic Recycling Depo
 ts, and compost the food scraps at the KV garden or take them to one o
 f our weekly food scrap drops spots.\nBy the way, they’re called Dro
 p-in “Spaghetti” nights, because many of the ones we've held in th
 e past have involved serving spaghetti, but they can really involve an
 y foods - for instance, Drop-in Rutabaga Night.\nIf you live on the We
