SUMMARY:*Kits Village Dinner Group #2 January Brunch
DESCRIPTION:We currently have two dinner groups. Our 1st group started
  in 2012, and our 2nd group started last Spring.\nTypically, one or tw
 o households take turns creating a meal for everyone else in the group
  once a month. (Folks with smaller places can team up with folks with 
 larger places or hold their dinner during warmer months in a park or y
 ard.)\nOccasionally, we vary it with a brunch or combine it with anoth
 er activity, like going to the fireworks. Sometimes hosts do themed me
 als, for example, a Mardi Gras themed meal in February, or a Diwali th
 emed meal in October.\nWe also encourage folks in the dinner groups to
  be active elsewhere in Kits Village and the neighbourhood, and many d
 inner group members apply for Neighbourhood Small Grants to carry out
