DESCRIPTION:Drop off your clean plastics at our monthly recycling depo
 t. Pre-sort your plastics and arrive no later than 6:45. (Please note 
 that we can't accept anything before 6 pm.)\r\nKits Community Centre, 
 2690 Larch Ave. The depot will be held in the patio outside of the sou
 th entrance to the community centre, immediately north of 12th and Lar

 -community-centre.\r\nRecycling categories:\r\n1. Soft plastics, i.e. 
 any plastic bags, wraps or packaging,\r\n2. Hard plastics, i.e. any ha
 rd plastics (#1 thru #7, but w/metal parts etc. removed),\r\n3. Styrof
 oam blocks,\r\n4. Styrofoam containers, i.e. cups and food take out co
 ntainers,\r\n5. Styrofoam peanuts and other \"soft\" styrofoam,\r\n6. 
 Wax lined beverage containers,\r\n7. Foil lined bags (packaging and wr
 aps).\r\nIf you're driving, it's best to park either on 12th Ave eastb
 ound or on Larch south of 12th.\r\nNext depot: October 19th.\r\nWANT T
 O HELP? We're looking for one or two volunteers to help for 1 1/2 hou
 rs/month, primarily on the evening of the depot (5:45-7:15).\r\nThe de
 pot is supported part of the year by a Greenest City Neighbourhood Sma
 ll Grant from the City of Vancouver and the Vancouver Foundation admin
