DESCRIPTION:Learn to make traditional, fermented sauerkraut in this Vi
 llage Vancouver workshop. Fermented vegetables have many health benefi
 ts, including live enzymes, readily available vitamins and minerals, a
 nd probiotics -and sauerkraut/other fermented vegetables are suitable 
 for all (vegetarian, vegan, Paleo, gluten free). If you're able to, br
 ing a wide-mouth 500ml mason jar, cutting board, large knife, and larg
 e bowl (optional). Participants will go home w/a jar of customized sau
 erkraut to ferment at home.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAdults/families w/children 
 10 years+ are welcome - minors must be accompanied by a caregiver. We
 'll have a community seed library present - pick up up some free seeds
  for your garden (or swap or donate some seeds).\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCost:
