DESCRIPTION:Learn how to can and preserve some of the local, seasonal 
 bounty which surrounds us at this time of the year. Participants in th
 is hands-on workshop with Caitlin Dorward will learn safe techniques u
 sing the boiling water bath method, and will be able to take home a ja
 r or two of what we make.\nVV will have a seed library present - you c
 an get some free seeds for your garden or swap or donate some seeds. (
 Please come a little early.) Free or by donation, plus a $6 fee to cov
 er the cost of materials. Please pre-register. Maximum 12 participants
 .\nUpdate: As of 9 am Monday morning, 9 people have registered, so the
 re's room for 3 more. Registration will close at 2pm on Tuesday, so th
 at we have adequate time to get food for the workshop. (Please note th
 at we can't hold space for \"maybes\". If you're a maybe and would lik
