DESCRIPTION:This class will teach the basics of canning and preserving
  food while focusing on items that are great gift ideas for the coming
  holiday season. Does your Grandma’s jam live in legend – only? Do
  you have the recipe but don’t know how to “put it up”?\nLet us 
 help you recreate the delicious canned goods you remember or imagine f
 or your pantry!\nNo experience necessary. You will learn all the basic
 s including supplies and kitchen prep, how to prep fruits & veggies, t
 he water-bath canning method, and other tips & strategies for canning 
 at home! All participants will walk away with a sampling of jalapeno o
 r red-pepper jelly made during the evening. We will also be doing a sm
 all demonstration on how to bottle your very own flavored vinegars. \n
