DESCRIPTION:Herbal Ferments make it really Fun to take herbs! (Both as
  medicine and as food).\n\nIt's a great activity with friends or famil
 y to create a culture of health and nutrition.\n\nIt can be really sim
 ple and easy!\n\nIn this 4 hr class, we'll make 3 different herbal fer
 ments and everyone will take home a jar of each.\n\n1. Herbal Kombucha
 \n2. Herbal Root Beer with ginger “bug”\n3. Wild Krout\n\nWe'll pl
 ay with recipes for nutritive and medicinal herb blends. We'll talk ab
 out health and safety around home fermenting. And most importantly, we
 'll roll up our sleeves, put on our aprons and work with the yeast and
  bacteria that we want in our bodies.\n\nDate – Sat. Dec. 4th\n\nTim
