DESCRIPTION:Join Little Mountain Neighbourhood House and the Main Stre
 et Neighbourhood of Village Vancouver for the regular first Tuesday mo
 nthly potluck, this time with free seeds and plant seedlings for your 
 edible garden on your balcony or in your yard.  \nPotting soil and s
 mall pots will also be available for free, so jumpstart your indoor or
  outdoor food garden.  It is not too late, especially with our starte
 r seedlings to transplant.  We will have many lettuces, asian greens,
  tomatoes, and possibly some herbs.\nWe will also show several short v
 ideos by PBS's The Victory Garden, GardenFork TV, and the Thrifty Gard
 ener about transplanting seedlings, proper watering, and building a co
 ld frame to extend the growing season.  \nWe hope to discuss how a ci
 ty can begin to feed itself and enjoy fresh, healthy produce with zero
  carbon miles, no carbon footprint, and all while cleaning the soil an
 d the air.  Can urban food gardening help to teach us about healthy f
 ood and about building community?\n\n6:00 PM - Potluck with time to se
