 esents Grow Your Own Sprouts and Grass. Sprouts are one of the most co
 ncentrated sources of nutrients on Earth. They can be grown in any cli
 mate, at any time of the year, in a limited space, for cent per liters
 . Registered Nutritional Practitioner and Chartered Herbalist Nikoo Bo
 roumond will show you how to grow your own sprouts at home with no spe
 cial equipment. Bring a jar if you want to take some stuff home to sta
 rt right away.\nVV will have a seed library present - if you come a l
 ittle early, you can get some free seeds for your garden or swap or do
 nate some seeds.\nCost: $15. Workshop fee includes cost of materials (
 $4). Pre-register by January 24th, so we know how many sprouts to grow
  for the workshop.\n50% Subsidies on the non-materials portion ($11)Â
  of the workshop fee are available to low income residents of Vancouv
