SUMMARY:Green Streets Eco Art Project
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a community art gardening session to develop a
 n original outdoor eco arts project as part of Vancouver's Green Stree
 ts program. \n \nMultidisciplinary artist and educator, Ella Cooper 
 has recently gained four outdoor Green Street plots and would like to 
 turn them into a veritable eco-arts gallery and space for community en
 gagement. Collaborating with the Eco Arts Salon, gardeners, guerilla k
 nitters, creative minds, poets and interested members of the community
  we will be working to create a happy blend of community gardening and
  eco arts projects that creates an interactive green space that will e
 volve as the plants grow. \n \nEach weekend will always include gard
 ening plus a range of different activities including creative brainsto
 rming, outdoor poetry making, creating a five senses garden, collabora
 ting with youth, walks down to Jericho beach for inspiration, communit
 y building, conversation and more. \n \nWe are looking for people wi
 th a passion for arts, gardening and/or community. All are welcome. No
  experience necessary. \n \nCome dressed for the weather and please 
 bring garden tools if you have them.\n \nThis Weekend's Breakdown\n
