 es of 1) 'Transitional' Process and Structure - based on Inclusive, Tr
 ansparent and Decentralized Self-organization, and 2) Basic Transition
  Projects will be continued.\nMinutes from the last meetings are avail
 able for members. Please study these beforehand for a constructive dia

 bove documents will be used to critically discuss the Common Principle
 s of Transition Movement and their specific application.\nC) Creating 
 a template for minutes, including rules for naming the file, and decid
 ing on a good way to store them for easy review. This is important in 
 order to keep the documents well organized and transparent for all mem
 bers, and make it easy to join in for new members.\nD) Continue to est
 ablish a commonly shared email / contact list.\nWe encourage carpoolin
 g and alternative ecologically-sensible transportation (biking, etc.).
