 n the Heart Gardens, Gumboot Gardens, Elphinstone Rainforest and Manda
 la Beach of Roberts Creek. Pilgrimage in carpools to the Sunshine Coas
 t, a short ferry ride from Vancouver, to experience a unique and creat
 ive introduction to the permaculture paradigm. \nAfter sixteen succes
 sful runs of this free intro day, its been a great experience for peop
 le who are new to permaculture as well as those who are deeply experie
 nced. \ntogether we will :\ntalk about the ethos, principles,  toolk
 it and metastructure of permaculture,\ntour the gardens,\nmeet some of
  the food-medicine plants of the Coastal First Peoples, \nshare a pot
 luck meal, \nwatch some permaculture movies, \nwalk in the rainfores
 t, \nmeet by the ocean,\nand have an inspiring day learning and growi
 ng with nature. \nThe day will run on July 21 from 11 am - 5:30 pm, a
 ligning with the bus linked to the 9:40 am ferry from Horseshoe Bay an
 d the 7:35 pm ferry returning to Vancouver. I will help to co-ordinate
  a carpool as well.\nThere is a limited space so please RSVP to confir
 m your attendance to delvin@cosm.org. \nSince its a free course, i am

 s, please come dressed to be outside for short periods regardless of w
 eather (dress warm and with rainproof gear or umbrella if you are worr

 Delvin Solkinson has completed a PDC, Diploma and Masters Degree with 
 Bill Mollison and done advanced trainings with Rosemary Morrow, David 
 Holmgren, Geoff Lawton, Patricia Michael, Robyn Francis, the Bullock B
 rothers, Tom Ward, Jude Hobbs, Larry Santoyo, Scott Pittman, Michael B
 ecker, Robin Wheeler, Starhawk and Robin Clayfield. He is an accredite
 d teacher through the Permaculture Research Institute and a Field Ment
 or through Permaculture Institute USA. Recently he completed a PDC in 
 Portland with Toby Hemenway and a second Diploma through PI USA. www.p
