 in a free introduction to permaculture day in the Heart Gardens, Gumbo
 ot Gardens, Elphinstone Rainforest and Mandala Beach of Roberts Creek.
  Pilgrimage in carpools to the Sunshine Coast, a short ferry ride from
  Vancouver, to experience a unique and creative introduction to the pe
 rmaculture paradigm. \ntogether we will :\ntalk about the ethos, prin
 ciples,  toolkit and metastructure of permaculture,\ntour the gardens
 ,\nmeet some of the food-medicine plants of the Coastal First Peoples,
  \nshare a potluck meal, \nwatch some permaculture movies, \nwalk i
 n the rainforest, \nmeet by the ocean,\nand have an inspiring day lea
 rning and growing with nature. \nThere are upcoming days running on S
 eptember 22, October 27 and November 16 \nfrom 11 am - 5:30 pm, aligni
 ng with the bus linked to the 9:40 am ferry from Horseshoe Bay and the
  6:50 pm ferry returning to Vancouver. I will help to co-ordinate a ca
 rpool as well.\nThere is a limited space so please RSVP to confirm you

 completed a PDC, Diploma and Masters Degree with Bill Mollison and don
 e advanced teacher trainings with Rosemary Morrow, David Holmgren, Geo
 ff Lawton, Patricia Michael, Robyn Francis, the Bullock Brothers, Tom 
 Ward, Jude Hobbs, Larry Santoyo, Scott Pittman, Michael Becker, Robin 
 Wheeler, Starhawk and Robin Clayfield. He is an accredited teacher thr
 ough the Permaculture Research Institute and a Field Mentor through Pe
 rmaculture Institute USA. Recently he completed a PDC in Portland with
  Toby Hemenway and a second Diploma through PI USA and is currently do

 stewardship, people care and regenerative action for future resiliency
 . Deeply inspired by nature, art and experiential education, her main 
 efforts are as a creative facilitator, artist, gardener, healer and co
 mmunity builder.  To date; Kym has received a 2 certificates in Perma
 culture Design, completed 2 teacher trainings and taken a variety of a
 dvanced trainings.  She continues to take courses and is currently co
 mpleting a Diploma in Education through the Permaculture Institute USA
 . Kym also works for One Straw Society, a non profit focusing on food 
 sovereignty and community resiliency on the Sunshine Coast. http://www
