DESCRIPTION:Once we start doing, we will know how to proceed.   - Bil
 l Mollison\nJoin a group of conscious learners in a free introduction 
 to permaculture day in the Heart Gardens, Gumboot Gardens, Elphinstone
  Rainforest and Mandala Beach of Roberts Creek. Pilgrimage in carpools
  to the Sunshine Coast, a short ferry ride from Vancouver, to experien
 ce an unique and creative introduction to the permaculture paradigm.\n
 together we will :\ntalk about the ethos, principles,  toolkit and met
 astructure of permaculture,\ntour the gardens,\nmeet some of the food-
 medicine plants of the Coastal First Peoples, \nshare a potluck meal, 
 \nwatch some permaculture movies, \nwalk in the rainforest, \nmeet by 
 the ocean,\nand have an inspiring day learning and growing with nature
 .\nThe day is offered almost every month and runs from 11 am - 5:30 pm
 , aligning with the bus linked to the 9:20 am ferry from Horseshoe Bay
  and the 6:30 ferry returning to Vancouver. I will help to co-ordinate
  a carpool as well.\nThere is a limited space so please RSVP to confir
 m your attendance to delvin@cosm.org.  Since its a free course, i am t
 rusting that if you ask for a space you will make a commitment to foll
 owing through and attending the day :) The spring weather varies, plea
 se come dressed to be outside for short periods regardless of weather 
 (dress warm and with rainproof gear or umbrella if you are worried abo

 lkinson has completed a PDC, Diploma and Masters Degree with Bill Moll
 ison and done advanced trainings with Rosemary Morrow, David Holmgren,
  Geoff Lawton, Robyn Francis, the Bullock Brothers, Tom Ward, Jude Hob
 bs, Larry Santoyo, Scott Pittman, Michael Becker, and Robin Clayfield.
  He is an accredited teacher through the Permaculture Research Institu
 te and a Field Mentor through Permaculture Institute USA. Recently he 
 completed a PDC in Portland with Toby Hemenway and a second Diploma th
 rough PI USA and is currently beginning a Doctoral study in permacultu
