  in a free introduction to permaculture day in the Heart Gardens, Gumb
 oot Gardens, Elphinstone Rainforest and Mandala Beach of Roberts Creek
 . Pilgrimage in carpools to the Sunshine Coast, a short ferry ride fro
 m Vancouver, to experience an unique and creative introduction to the 
 permaculture paradigm. \nAfter nine successful runs of this free intr
 o day, its been a great experience for people who are new to permacult
 ure as well as those who are deeply experienced. \ntogether we will :
 \ntalk about the ethos, principles,  toolkit and metastructure of per
 maculture,\ntour the gardens,\nmeet some of the food-medicine plants o
 f the Coastal First Peoples, \nshare a potluck meal, \nwatch some pe
 rmaculture movies, \nwalk in the rainforest, \nmeet by the ocean,\na
 nd have an inspiring day learning and growing with nature. \nThe day 
 will run on October 21 from 11 am - 5:30 pm, aligning with the bus lin
 ked to the 9:40 am ferry from Horseshoe Bay and the 7:30 ferry returni
 ng to Vancouver. I will help to co-ordinate a carpool as well.\nThere 
 is a limited space so please RSVP to confirm your attendance to delvin
 @cosm.org.  Since its a free course, i am trusting that if you ask fo
 r a space you will make a commitment to following through and attendin
 g the full day :) The spring weather varies, please come dressed to be
  outside for short periods regardless of weather (dress warm and with 
 rainproof gear or umbrella if you are worried about rain).\nLooking fo

  be more conscious planetary citizens. \nDelvin Solkinson has complet
 ed a PDC, Diploma and Masters Degree with Bill Mollison and done advan
 ced trainings with Rosemary Morrow, David Holmgren, Geoff Lawton, Patr
 icia Michael, Robyn Francis, the Bullock Brothers, Tom Ward, Jude Hobb
 s, Larry Santoyo, Scott Pittman, Michael Becker, Robin Wheeler, Starha
 wk and Robin Clayfield. He is an accredited teacher through the Permac
 ulture Research Institute and a Field Mentor through Permaculture Inst
 itute USA. Recently he completed a PDC in Portland with Toby Hemenway
