 ore details\nHeather Higo began working with honey bees in 1987 while 
 a student at SFU where she completed her Master of Science in bee rese
 arch under Mark Winston. After many years of managing SFU’s bee rese
 arch lab, she has continued in bee research at UBC under Dr. Leonard F
 oster in addition to running a small queen rearing operation in Langle
 y. She also provides outreach to the bee community giving talks and te
 aching queen rearing and other workshops.\nDelvin Solkinson is a gradu
 ate student of permaculture education with a Masters Degree from Bill 
 Mollison, has taken over 20 Advanced Courses worldwide and is a regist
 ered teacher through the Permaculture Institute, Permaculture Associat

 Chi is a dedicated advocate of earth stewardship, people care and rege
 nerative action for future resiliency. She teaches Permaculture and wo
