DESCRIPTION:A FREE, one-time, facilitated discussion co-sponsored by V
 illage Vancouver to:\n\n-explore and share thoughts, feelings and plan
 s regarding possible impacts on us of ecological collapse;\n\n-help fi
 nd meaning and clarity in this uncertain world and, together, help bui
 ld our resilience.\n\nFacilitator:  Fred Bass is a community medicine
  physician whose past work focused on tobacco addiction and who served
  on Vancouver city council from 1999 to 2005.\n\nPre-registration is n
 ecessary to limit the number to 12 participants to provide everyone a

  Eco-resilience workshops have been held in 2019, from January to Sept
 ember.  Despite the seriousness of this subject, each of the six grou
 ps felt positive and energized at the close of the workshop.\n \nFoll
 ow-up will take the form of \"Eco-resilience Gatherings\" to begin in 
 November providing those interested an opportunity to socialize, to sh
 are announcements and to join a discussion led by people with key expe
 rience in building community-level, Transition-Town/ Village-Vancouver
