 ving and storing UBC Farm softneck garlic and flower harvests in a dec
 orative way! Garlic braiding is a great skill either as a hobby or for
  small scale farmers - add value to your garlic for sale at market!\nY
 ou will leave the workshop with a braid of your own making from garlic
  and flowers all organically-grown on the UBC Farm, as well as the kno
 wledge to create braids of your own. The workshop price includes $15-2
 0 worth of garlic and decorative flowers!\nErin Bett is part of the UB
 C Farm field staff team, and is one of the field managers for the flow
 er and brassica fields. She is passionate about local food and flowers
 , and is an avid DIYer and crafter. Prior to farming at the UBC Farm, 
 she worked with elementary school-aged children around the city, teach
 ing them to garden, prepare and preserve food, and make nature-based c
