DESCRIPTION:\nThe Community Harvest and Seed Trade is an event in whic
 h community members gather to swap their harvest and seeds with one an
 other. The event aims to diversify and expand our gardens and plates, 
 while promoting local eating and growing in our community.\nFREQUENTLY
  ASKED QUESTIONS\nWhat is the Community Harvest & Seed Trade? This eve
 nt is an opportunity for community members to trade their homegrown, h
 omemade, foraged foods and seeds. Participants will make direct trades
  with one another. For example, one participant may trade their jar of
  homemade blackberry jam for a basket of tomatoes. The options are end
 less.\n\nWho can attend?\nAnyone and everyone! Just bring your homegro
 wn, homemade, foraged foods and seeds to the event for trading.\nIs th
 ere a cost? Absolutely not. This event is made possible with funding f
 rom the City of Vancouver's Greenest City Grant.\nWhat should particip
 ants bring to the trade? Bring items such as vegetables, fruits, backy
 ard chicken eggs, preserves, jams, pickles, herbs or spices. As long a
 s items are homegrown, homemade, foraged foods and/ or seeds they will
  be accepted! As a health and safety precaution, meats and cheeses are
