DESCRIPTION:Like no other agricultural gathering in BC, this event wil
 l bring together an incredible roster of experienced, dedicated indivi
 duals committed to focusing locally and connecting nationally to prote
 ct the culture, history and future of seeds in our world.\nSmall-scale
  seed growers, community leaders, seed networks and young urban farmer
 s from across BC will bring their seeds to clean, will learn and share
  experiences and launch the BC Eco Seeds producer cooperative. Togethe
 r we will decide how we can improve the quality, quantity and diversit
 y of locally grown seed.\nKnowledge Keepers Long Table- Hosted by Dan 
 Jason, Salt Spring Seed: including Mary Alice Johnson-Full Circle Seed
 , Jon Alcock-Sunshine Seed, Barb and Lorne Ebell-Nanoose Edibles, Moja

 ell (West Coast Seeds), Patrick Steiner (Stellar Seeds) and Andrew Ris
 eman (UBC)\nCommunity Access to Seeds: Libraries & Banks - Roundtable:
  including Erika Simms (Richmond Food Security Society), Ross Moster (
 Village Vancouver), Matthew Kemshaw (Lifecycles) and a host of others.
 \nWe are delighted to announce that Jan Stomp, President of the Nation
 al Farmer’s Union (NFU) will be conducting a workshop on “Seed Fre
