DESCRIPTION:Want to grow food but you live in an apartment? In this co
 urse we will cover the techniques and challenges specific to gardening
  indoors and on balconies in containers. We'll look at soil, fertilizi
 ng organically, watering, containers, different sun orientations and w
 hat to grow. Cost $30. Subsidies are available.\nInstructor: Grant Wat
 son\nGrant started Grant's Gourmet Gardens in 2007. He was previously
  an organic farmer and continues to be involved in organic agriculture
  in a number of roles, including serving on the certification committe
 e of the BC Biodynamic Association. Grant has been teaching food garde
