 -residence LocoMotoArt will be there to tell you about their Pumpkin P
 atch Project.\nHosted by Village Vancouver, the Aberthau Garden Projec
 t includes VV's Demonstration Permaculture Garden, the West Point Grey
  Preschool Garden, and (following last year’s Sunflower Garden) the 
 Pumpkin Patch, a new art/garden project by Aberthau artists-in-residen
 ce LocoMotoArt: Laura Lee Coles and Rob Scharein. Emphasizing regenera
 tive, low maintenance and moisture retentive permaculture design eleme
 nts, including a small hugelkultur, an herb spiral, and saving open po
 llinated seeds, last year Village planted annual and perennial veggies
 , fruits, herbs and flowers, including pollinator attractants. Offerin
 g fun and inclusive social, educational, and cultural activities for c
 ommunity members, including free monthly workshops, newer gardeners ga
 rden collaboratively alongside more experienced gardeners, providing a
